“International Study Experiences & Opportunities with TCNJ Physics”

Abstract: Raha and Cory will discuss their experiences studying in Germany as part of the TCNJ Physics Department’s international course offerings. They both participated in two courses at the Berlin University of Applied Science in Spring-Summer 2014. One course focused broadly on holography while the other was a lab course in biomedical instrumentation. In addition, Cory participated in the physics department study abroad course on the History of Modern Physics that was offered during Maymester 2013. He is presently considering graduate school opportunities in Germany and Raha is in graduate school for biomedical physics at New York University.
