Speaker Bios:

Jonathan Curry is a community manager and developer evangelist at Linode. Having worked in the hosting industry since 2008, he has expertise in a wide range of areas from customer service, to system administration, deployment and integration systems, data center management, and web and software development. After overhauling data center operations at a Dallas-based dedicated hosting company, Jonathan decided it was time for a change of scenery and moved to South Jersey to join Linode’s cloud hosting team. He regularly speaks at user groups around the country covering topics such as designing and implementing highly available cloud services, and can be contacted at jc@linode.com.

Sarah Jacalone is one of Linode’s Senior Support Specialists. As supervisor, she handles any escalating tickets or complaints from users. She also serves as liaison with Linode’s Hardware/Operations/Technology team, assigns documentation for the support team to review, and addresses tickets, assisting any customer that needs advice, instruction or guidance on a particular situation/subject dealing with Linode’s virtualization.
